Article 4 · EU AI Act

Your staff's AI literacy became your legal obligation in February 2025.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires every employer deploying AI to ensure its people have a sufficient level of AI literacy. Praxis meets it, and ends in the documentation that shows you have.

Funding

Six sessions, one cohort, on your site

€6,000

Fundable through your OPCO, often in full. We prepare and carry the funding file. You sign it.
The price is per cohort, not per head, and covers the on-site delivery and the documentation.

What you get

Six sessions, and the file at the end of them.

Sessions run on your site, in your language, on your own documents. The sixth produces the record that shows the obligation has been met.

  1. 01

    What AI actually is

What the machine is doing when it answers, in plain language and with no jargon. Where the ability comes from, and where it stops.

  2. 02

What the AI Act asks of you

Article 4 in the words it is written in, what counts as sufficient literacy, and which of your uses fall where in the risk tiers.

  3. 03

Your data, and where it goes

What leaves the building when someone pastes a document into a chat window, which tools keep it, and how to work without sending it at all.

  4. 04

    Hands on your own work

Your documents, your process, your machines. Not a demonstration prepared earlier: the tasks your teams actually repeat every week.

  5. 05

    Where it goes wrong

Confident wrong answers, and how to catch them. What has to stay under human review, and how to write that down as a rule rather than a habit.

  6. 06

    The file that proves it

Attendance, the programme as delivered, the competencies covered and your written internal usage rules, assembled as one document you can hand to an inspector or an auditor.

Why now

Three reasons to act this quarter.

  1. 02.2025

It is already in force. An obligation, not a project that has to justify itself: there is no return-on-investment argument to win first.

  2. 31.12

OPCO budgets are annual. Whatever is not committed by the end of December is lost rather than carried forward, which makes the fourth quarter the cheapest time to do this.

  3. 3

Engagements per quarter. I deliver these myself and the training is not subcontracted, so the capacity is one person's. That is the real number.

Thirty minutes is enough to know whether this fits.

Bring your headcount, the tools already in use and the name of your OPCO. That is enough to tell you honestly whether the funding works and when a slot is free.

Delivered by Daniel Forsthofer, in person, in French or English. The person who scopes the course is the person in the room.
