Tutto.Lesson 1 · Meet Claude
Lesson 1

Not a chatbot: a thinking partner

A chatbot answers then you're on your own...

A better workflow: you bring context and judgement, then work on any problem together, with a system that understands and speaks your language: "intelligence".

A chatbot one question in, one answer out you answer then you're on your own A thinking partner you bring context, it brings "intelligence" you context · expertise Claude the "intelligence" iterate together write · research · analyse · code · reason · learn

Same "intelligence" whether you reach it on web, desktop or mobile, built on three principles: helpful, harmless, honest. The apps are just front doors.

Tutto.Lesson 2 · Meet Claude
Lesson 2: Key Point to Remember

Set the STAGE · Define the TASK · Specify the RULES

Talk to it like a capable colleague.

A good prompt carries three things and remember this is a conversation, not a one-shot.

Set the STAGE role, context, goal Define the TASK the action: write, analyse, build Specify the RULES tone, format, an example A strong prompt specific beats vague, every time not right? follow up, give feedback, redirect

Add context by uploading files, and let memory and styles carry your role and preferences forward so you stop repeating yourself.

04
Tutto.Lesson 3 · Meet Claude
Lesson 3

When it's off, it's almost always fixable

The first draft is a starting point. Most disappointing answers trace back to one thing: The prompt was missing something.

When the answer is… …give it what was missing Too generic Add your role, your audience, and the constraints. Wrong format Show an example of the layout you want, don't just describe it. Confident but wrong Ask for sources, turn on web search, verify the high-stakes facts. Tone is off Describe the tone in plain words, or paste a sample to match.

Run a quick eval (5–10 of your own examples) to learn where Claude already fits your work.

05
Tutto.Lesson 4 · Meet Claude
Lesson 4

Three modes, matched to the size of the job

The desktop app gives you one Claude in three shapes.
Pick by how big and how hands-off the work is.

Chat quick questions, brainstorm, draft, think out loud Cowork sustained, multi-source work to a finished deliverable Code build, test and ship repeatable tools quick exchange sustained, agentic work build software

Cowork and Code run on Claude Code underneath: local to your machine, able to spin up subagents and sustain long tasks. Cowork stays inside the folders you share; Code works directly in your project.

06
Tutto.Lesson 5 · Organise
Lesson 5

Projects: a workspace that remembers

Stop re-uploading the same files and re-explaining the same rules. A project holds them once; every chat inside it starts already briefed.

Project Knowledge files Claude references Instructions how Claude should behave Memory decisions kept across chats Every chat in the project draws on all three. Scales automatically: RAG kicks in near the limit, up to 10× the capacity. a chat, already briefed a chat, same context Share with the team: view · edit · owner

Best for anything ongoing rather than a one-off.
Name your files descriptively: Claude uses the filename to find the right one.

07
Tutto.Lesson 6 · Organise
Lesson 6

Artifacts: the output, rendered next to the chat

Not a wall of code buried in the conversation. A finished thing in its own window: rendered, editable, ready to use / download.

Your chat "build a budget tracker with a pie chart" renders Artifact window documents · code · HTML pages SVG & diagrams · React components view · copy · download · publish auto-created when it's significant, self-contained and reusable Share it publish to a link, share in your org, or let others remix

Be specific and iterate one change at a time.

If Claude creates something usable, just say "make that an artifact".

08
Tutto.Lesson 7 · Organise
Lesson 7

Skills: packaged know-how, run the same way every time

A skill is a folder of instructions and resources Claude loads when it's relevant. Two kinds, and one clean rule of thumb.

Built-in Excel · Word · PowerPoint · PDF creation maintained by Anthropic invoked automatically; you've used these already Custom your repeatable workflow or methodology built just by talking to Claude: no code e.g. a brand-voice review, a variance analysis Projects store knowledge: the what. Skills perform tasks: the how. a skill can draw on a project

Only install custom skills from trusted sources: they can include code.

The deep dive is Anthropic's dedicated "Introduction to agent skills".

09
Tutto.Lesson 8 · Expand its reach
Lesson 8

Connectors: bring your tools into the conversation

Instead of starting cold every time, Claude works with your actual data: searching, reading, and acting across the apps you already use.

MCP like "USB-C for AI" one standard, many tools Web connectors > cloud apps Desktop extensions > local files Claude claude.ai/directory Google Drive Slack Notion Gmail Linear Stripe

Claude sees ONLY what you can see: connecting your email doesn't expose anyone else's. Permissions are scoped and revocable; only connect tools you trust.

10
Tutto.Lesson 9 · Expand its reach
Lesson 9

Enterprise Search: ask your whole company one question

A pre-built project over your organisation's knowledge. "What happened while I was out?" answered from across every connected source.

Ask {Org} one question Docs: Drive · SharePoint Chat: Slack · Teams Email: Gmail · Outlook One answer, with citations synthesised across sources

Team and Enterprise plans only: an admin sets it up, each person authenticates their own accounts. It returns only what you already have permission to see.

11
Tutto.Lesson 10 · Expand its reach
Lesson 10

Research: from one search to a researched report

Not a single lookup. Claude works agentically: planning, running many searches that build on each other, then writing it up with citations.

Plan extended thinking on Search many, building on each other Synthesise web + your tools Report every claim cited decides what to search next Most reports finish in 5–15 minutes; complex ones up to 45.

Reach for Research when a thorough answer needs many sources. For a quick fact use web search; for pure reasoning use extended thinking; for internal-only questions use Enterprise Search.

12
Tutto.Lesson 11 · Put it to work
Lesson 11

Whatever your role, there's a starting point

The point of all this isn't the feature list, it's the work.

Here's one concrete place to begin in each function.

General status reports feedback analysis Sales battle cards deal prep Marketing campaign analysis repurpose content Finance build models investment memos HR onboarding guides tailored by role Legal discovery timelines pattern-spotting Research literature reviews verify statistics Use Case Gallery step-by-step guides for many more roles

Pick one recurring task this week and try it. The skill sharpens with practice: you build intuition for where Claude earns its place.

13
Tutto.Lesson 12 · Put it to work
Lesson 12

One intelligence, where you already work

claude.ai is one front door. The same Claude shows up inside the tools you spend your day in... each shape tuned to that surface.

claude.ai one intelligence Claude Code terminal · IDE · web Slack channels & threads Excel spreadsheet sidebar PowerPoint slide sidebar Chrome browser sidebar

Where you go next depends on the work: building software (Code), team context (Slack), models (Excel), decks (PowerPoint), or the live web (Chrome).

14
Tutto.Praxis
To Sum up...

Talk to it like a colleague.
Give it your context.
Iterate to the result.

Set the stage, define the task, specify the rules > then refine.
Projects, artifacts and skills organise the work; connectors, search and research expand its reach; and it meets you in the tools you already use.
